• Interact with, engage and manage clients to determine their needs and requirements for buying and selling of residential properties that satisfies their budgetary needs
• Conduct searches for properties, schedule appointments with home owners and/or other realtors
• Assess values for properties, create comparable market data analysis and provide information to clients
• Provide guidance and solutions during entire process, scheduling home inspections, repair requests; provide resolution for any unexpected outcomes or clients concerns
• Determine best methods for marketing properties including internet, signage, direct mailings, or open houses
• Network with other realtors to market or solicit for available properties
• Create and distribute marketing materials to maintain contact with prior clients and build referral transactions for future clients
