Mitchies Munchies is a custom Cake Artist for hire in Las Vegas, Nevada; voted #1 for “BEST DESSERTS” in the Best of Las Vegas awards. A fully licensed Cottage Maker; the FIRST in the city of North Las Vegas, NV. Owner Michelle Curran aka Chef Mitchie, has competed on Food Network and is an award winning Cake & Sugar Artist. If you have a vision she can bring it to life through edible medium. Mitchie’s expertise in creating custom cakes for birthdays, baby showers, bar/bat mitzvahs, day & nightclub, will make you question – IS THAT CAKE? Yes, she makes wedding cakes, her preferred styles include eclectic, far-fetched, inner-geek, Steam Punk, fantasy, the 80’s, horror, anything … unusual. Not from Vegas, but getting married here? Your wedding cake needs are coordinated from afar!

Mitchies Munchies is not your typical walk-in bakery or treat shop. Available by appointment only (no same day appointments), ready-made cakes to write on are NOT stocked (I.e. congrats, happy birthday.), all cakes and Munchies are prepared fresh per order, and all sugar art is hand made. Buttercream only, sheet cakes, cupcakes, and cake pops are not offered on the menu. Mitchie prepares layered cakes, Schmake Schooters, & an assortment of yummy Munchies and Schmapples (treats and gourmet apples). She can customize any of her products for your next event or business function and help you create a lasting memory with her one of a kind skills and flavors.

Minimum for custom cake orders starts at $150.00. IT'S BEST to allow at least 2 - 3 weeks’ notice for custom cake orders. Although Chef Mitchie has been known to make a cake miracle happen with less than 24 hours’ notice, call 702551CAKE
