MOC Quabbin CFCE & PCHP Programs

MOC Coordinated Family and Community Engagement (CFCE) Local Family Focused Programming and Services to support you as your child first teacher. Your local CFCE offers Playgroups, Educational family events, Information and referral and opportunity to connect with other families in your community. Parent Child Home Visiting Program (PCHP) Is a FREE home bases Literacy Program for parents and their children that promotes learning and language development through the use of books and toys. Trained Home Visitors will visit with you and your child twice a week bringing Free developmentally appropriate books and toys. Ages 15 mth-2.9 years. Books on Board: This literacy based program allows parents be able to offer their children a variety of interesting books and toys without having to leave home. The themed book bags are rotated the year. Each month you will receive a new book bag filled with wonderful books and toys, delivered by our Books on Board Coordinator. Parents also have the opportunity to participate in a one time 2 hour workshop that will educate them on the basics of early literacy.
