Mocksville is a town in Davie County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 5,051 at the 2010 census. US 64 leads east to Lexington and west to Statesville, while US 601 leads north to Yadkinville and south to Salisbury. US 158 leads northeast to Winston-Salem. Interstate 40 passes 3mi northwest of the center of town, with access from Exit 168 and Exit 170 .
