Our firm is rooted in a tradition of history and excellence. Morris S. Waldman and John McOsker, independently opened their law offices in Providence, Rhode Island in the 1920’s. Before retiring in the 1950’s, their sons, Irving J. Waldman and David J. McOsker, went into practice with them. This was the beginning of the firm, now known as “Moonan, Stratton & Waldman, LLP.”

Irving J. Waldman continues to practice on a reduced basis. Our firm represents original clients from the 1920’s and 1930’s, including several fourth generation clients.

Over the years, several highly respected lawyers practiced in the firm, including Milton Isserlis and Gerald McOsker, both deceased, and Robert E. Davignon, retired since 2009. David J. McOsker retired in 2010 and passed away in 2012.

Kristen Prull Moonan joined the firm in 1993. Amy E. Stratton joined the firm in 2011. Both have practiced for over twenty years and are licensed to practice in Massachusetts, as well as Rhode Island.

Continuing in the firm’s tradition, Moonan, Stratton & Waldman, LLP provides sophisticated legal services to our clients in a smaller, accessible atmosphere. We focus our practice in the areas of estate planning, elder law, real estate and corporate services and look forward to assisting you.
