Sign up for the class at the Hurst Rec Center, located at 700 Mary Drive in Hurst, Texas. The Center's phone number is (817) 788-7325. Class is held Thursday nights, 7:00 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. and Saturday mornings 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.

Please ask the Center staff for the current fee. Our class operates on a monthly basis, so there is no interruption in instruction.

We begin the class with a short warm-up, followed by Qi Gong, which focuses on deep breathing and relaxation. This is followed by Tai Chi instruction, with students of like experience working together to learn our form.
