Matt Kelly is originally from Tiverton, RI and now lives in Middletown, RI. When not helping out his buyers get into their dream home he likes to golf and take his two dogs hiking. He tries to play as much golf as his schedule allows, especially when he can bring his customers and realtor partners along for a round. Aside from golf, Matt also plays basketball in a few local men’s leagues but these days, he puts as much time as possible into his work.
After being a tennis professional in Newport for 8 years, Matt decided to look into a career in finance. Since day one in the industry Matt has been a dedicated loan officer. His first year in the industry Matt finished as the number 5 Loan Officer in an extremely large and competitive company. He accomplished this feat through his dedication to the customer. He prides himself on taking time to explain everything relevant to his clients so they understand how the mortgage process works, from beginning to end, making the purchase easier for them. Chad Mitchell is a native of Little Compton RI, or as people from western Rhode Island would say, “Where?” Chad moved out west in 2003 to pursue business. There he married his wife Shannon and had two children. While in NV he pursued a career in business consulting, ultimately opening and running his own company. As his children grew he decided to move home to raise them in the same town where he grew up. Once settled, both he and his wife took an interest in Real Estate. Shannon works on the realtor side of the market while Chad is fully involved in the mortgage industry. With his ongoing passion for helping others and a background in consulting it has truly created a match made in heaven. Personally, he loves the outdoors. Hunting, fishing, coaching his sons baseball teams are some of the places you can find him when there is free time.

Charlie Gomes grew up in Narragansett, RI working at his family’s well known restaurant, “Spain of Narragansett”. It was there that he learned an exceptional work ethic and what five star service meant and how valuable it is. He currently lives in Newport where he enjoys friends, the beautiful landscape and excellent restaurants. He is also a passionate and artistic professional photographer in his spare time.
Charlie graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and entered the banking industry right out of college. He works very closely with some the top realtors in the state of Rhode Island. He has now found his home here at Movement Mortgage. Robert was born in Florida but has spent the majority of his life in Rhode Island. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves hunting/fishing and being outdoors in all kinds of weather. Rob was an Eagle Scout which speaks to his love of nature.
Robert graduated from URI with degrees in Consumer Affairs and Business Management. Over the last 20 years in the mortgage industry he has honed his skills to become one of the most productive and celebrated Loan Officers in the business. Rob is a versatile part of the Movement team. Throughout his career he has received a plethora of top awards that highlight his dominance and knowledge of the mortgage industry and also highlight how caring he is with his customers. Most recently Rob has been named Senior Loan Officer with the Movement Mortgage R.I. Team. Helping customers is his number one priority. Clement O'Connor was born and raised in Rhode Island. He loves all things out doors weather it be playing basketball with local pickup leagues, hiking and skiing in New Hampshire, or sailing around Narragansett Bay. After getting out of the United States Coast Guard, Clement Spent 7 years in The Sunshine State where he attended Florida Gulf Coast University and was heavily involved in the housing market as a successful realtor.
Clement's background as a realtor helps him communicate more effectively with the real estate professionals he works with. As a Transaction Coordinator he strives to make sure that all parties involved in a transaction are well informed and that the lines of communication are always open. This leads to an easy and stress free purchase for everyone involved. Clement is a dedicated asset to the Movement Team and as a Transaction Coordinator takes pride in playing a role that doesn't even exist in most lending structures. She enjoys helping others as she has volunteered her time in the past working with small children and their families. She now indulges in outings with her fiancé and son here in Providence, walking the beautiful Blackstone Blvd on the East Side.
Erica has worked in Real Estate in Newport and Cranston, RI for two years prior to becoming a member of the Movement Mortgage team. In this environment, Erica worked with mortgage professionals to help customers. She has extensive customer service experience as well coming from the hospitality industry, so her attitude reflects putting others before herself.
