The Thatch House
is the ultimate vacation get-away! Three stories with a Master suite on each floor. There are six bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths as well as a media room in this one-of-a-kind thatch house. On the upper level, there is a cozy sitting area to enjoy amazing sunsets over Lake Michigan! With air conditioning and under floor heating, this Charlevoix Villa is available all year-round.

Applecore Cottage
is steps from the beach and within walking distance from downtown and Mt. McSauba Recreational Center (one of the top 3 small ski areas in the country). It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. With king beds in the master suite and lower level bedroom, 2 bunk-beds in the third bedroom, it sleeps 8 comfortably. Air mattresses available to expand to 10 guests.

The Chalet
can be enjoyed as a romantic getaway for a couple who will enjoy their master suite downstairs and a living area and custom-made kitchen above, or for family visitors. There is an awesome carpeted loft area with two twin beds and the main floor also has a full size futon. With A/C in summer and floor heating in winter, you can enjoy Charlevoix in every season!

The Cottage
was built in the 1800's. Earl Young of "Mushroom House" fame did a major transformation and added his distinctive features. Recently renovated again, it now has a fresh look. With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, it sleeps up to 7 guests. Located 1 block from Lake Michigan Beach and 2 blocks from downtown Charlevoix.
