My Gym is more than just a child fitness center. The expert team behind the company has developed a unique and specialized program that combines kids gym activities with fun activities for kids so that they enjoy the experience and learn the pleasures of being fit at an early age. Starting with infants of 6 weeks of age up to children of 9, we have carefully structured age appropriate weekly classes. This gives the children strength, balance flexibility, agility and coordination which leads to enhanced confidence, self-esteem and social skills.
