Naam Yoga New York

Located in the upper west side of Manhattan, Naam Yoga New York is a yoga, meditation and healing center. Our spacious 1,000 square foot venue offers a cathartic sun-drenched studio, private healing room, a Naam Boutique, and a heart and health-inspired variety of yoga classes, therapeutic programs and events.

Our mission is to help people of all physical capacities achieve permanent self-healing, with a unique emphasis on supporting community and raising global consciousness.

We empower people to improve their lives, heal themselves, and support them in the process of balancing the Mind-Body-Spirit connection through the power of community, a variety of classes, a healing clinic, workshops and events, many of which are available free or low cost.
