Natural and Fit Day Events

SO WHAT IS ABBRX NATURAL AND FIT DAY?

Natural and Fit Day is a whole day filled with various sporting events, for young and old. It is a day where individuals of all ages can learn, watch and participate in health, fitness and wellness activities. There are also free seminars and an expo where you have access to a wide variety vendors of natural fitness and health related goods and services.

The SPRING event- April 29, 2017 Midland MI
This is the 3rd annual Spring Natural and Fit day. The Spring event features:
- Natural and Fit Expo
- USA Powerlifting Michigan BarBellum Meet
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Tournament
- Pull a Truck Contest
- 4th Annual Michigan ROAR Natural Bodybuilding Championships- Pro Qualifying Competition with Mens, Womens, Masters and Teen Bodybuilding, Mens and Womens Physique, Figure, Bikini

The number of visitors expected are over 400 competitors and 1250+ spectators.


The FALL Event- October 7, 2017 in Grand Rapids MI
This event will be held at the DeltaPlex in Grand Rapids. The Fall event falls on the same weekend as ArtPrize festival in downtown Grand Rapids. The Fall Natural and Fit event features:
- Natural and Fit Expo
- USA Powerlifting Michigan BarBellum Meet
- Strongman Womens Worlds Competition
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Tournament
- Pull a Truck Contest
- Michigan State Natural Bodybuilding Championships- Pro Qualifying Competition with Mens, Womens, Masters and Teen Bodybuilding, Mens and Womens Physique, Figure, Bikini

The number of visitors expected are 450 competitors and over 2000 spectators.


HEALTH & FITNESS EXPO:
Both Natural and Fit Day events are going to present to you some of the latest trends in the industry brought to you by leading businesses and organizations. Your not going to want to miss out on getting free samples! Expo will be from 8am- 5pm.
