I found Noemi through a Deal finder voucher. I am a 48 year old physician very skeptical of most "treatments" advertised so I did what all good physicians do and reviewed the literature. The medical literature that is. And to my surprise there are multiple studies documenting improvement in appearance, tightening of skin and excellent permanent results with the thermal radio frequency device (which she really should advertise on her web page, it just says "body contouring"). Noemi is very professional and kind (after all you have to get half naked) and she is living proof the darn thing works. She is not as young as she looks (sorry Noemi!) I would definitely give this a try, it actually works (especially when combined with microdermabrasion) and there is no downtime as with surgery. Additionally I think she is willing to work with you individually for a "package deal" which the big salons absolutely will not do.

1Noemi gave me the gift of a lifetime--no double chin! I weigh 232 pounds and had a huge double chin. I hated photos of myself. I asked a plastic surgeon what it would cost to remove and she said $3,500. I didn't have that. But with a dealfind offer, I got 3 treatments for around $200. And three treatments were all it took! Noemi rubs what looks like a microphone over gel she has applied to the chin (or any other fatty area) and rubs it vigorously using heat. It is not painful. Afterwards you are sore and there is redness, but that's it. I'm going to have her do my belly next. Noemi is very sweet.
