Near Northwest Neighborhood, Inc.

The Near Northwest Neighborhood, Inc. (NNN) is a non-profit community development corporation, whose mission is to revitalize the neighborhood.

The NNN’s efforts include the acquisition and rehabilitation of beautiful area homes; available for purchase now! NNN Homes are not your typical rehabs; the quality of construction and attention to detail make them one of the best values in South Bend. While NNN Homes are important to the area and help stabilize the neighborhood, they are by no means the only homes available. There are many opportunities for you to become the owner of a great home in not just a wonderful neighborhood but in a community.

The NNN also promotes neighborhood leadership and the interests of the residents by inviting the community to participate in a variety of social and environmental programs. Leadership has remained in the hands of the residents through a Board of Directors and committee structure to carry out the work.
