Neurogrow Brain Fitness Center is a neurology practice based out of Northern Virginia that provides cutting edge, science-based treatments for patients with concussions, ADHD, memory loss, and dizziness.

At Neurogrow, our team utilizes integrated and coordinated care to treat all areas of the cognitive illness. Our tailored treatments are based on the clinical research of Dr. Majid Fotuhi, who received his MD degree from Harvard Medical School and his doctoral PhD degree in Neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Fotuhi is widely regarded as an authority in the field of memory, Alzheimer’s Disease, concussion, ADHD, and increasing brain vitality in late-life.

He has had numerous publications in major peer-reviewed journals, cited by thousands of scientists around the world. Dr. Fotuhi’s 25 years of research have culminated into the “Brain Fitness Program,” which uses effective behavioral modification techniques for enhancing cognitive function.

Over a period of 12 weeks, patients first undergo a detailed neurological evaluation to determine all the potential causes for cognitive deficits and brain atrophy, from head to toe, followed by a series of tests.

They then start an intensive set of treatment sessions that enhance cognitive function, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and focus on lifestyle factors that are shown to be critical for prevention of late-life dementia, enhancement of memory and attention, and recovery from brain injury.
