New Song Church

We are the English speaking ministry of Korean Presbyterian Church of Seattle. We are a church that seeks to be transformed by the good news of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We want the Gospel to be the motivation for all that we do. What do we mean by the Gospel?

We believe that God created all things by His own utterances and that it was deemed good (very good, in the case of humanity).

We believe that the entrance of Sin is not merely a "Fall", but a deliberate act of treason and rebellion. Because of this, sin tainted all that was good. This was not the way it was supposed to be.

We believe that Jesus Christ submitted to the will of God, the Father, to die on the cross as an atoning sacrifice for the transgressions of many. Because of this wonderful and sometimes unfathomable act of love, we are now considered redeemed, justified in the eyes of God.

We believe that Christ will return again. We believe that while we live in that constant tension of already but not yet reality, we await for the day when Christ will return to not just judge, but the reign forever and to restore all things.

And so it is this overall arching narrative of God's gracious redemption that fuels our worship, fellowship and mission.
