New U Boot Camp will be held 6 weeks at a time with limited spots available in each camp. Each camp will be kicked off with an evening to go over nutritional advice, basic movements, collecting your free shirt, and Q & A. We will then begin 3 classes per week for 6 weeks tracking our progress along the way. There will be partner workouts, individual workouts and a whole lot of FUN! We will all tackle our goals together!! The boot camps will consist of body-weight movements and some light resistance movements and more.
