A brief description of what is inspected.

Roof
A visual inspection of roofing materials ,vents, chimney, gutters, flashing

Exterior
Windows, Doors, Siding or exterior covering, window and door flashing. Check the lot grading and gutter runoff, walkways and retaining walls.

Electrical
Inspect breaker panel, test switches and receptacles. Check for any loose or damaged wiring visible during inspection.

Plumbing
Operate all sinks, showers, tubs, check drains for leaks and flow. Check laundry and water heating systems. Evaluate all systems for vulnerability to freezing and unsanitary potential.

Heating & A/C
Evaluate and operate the systems. Check for adequate air flow throughout the house. Note age and life expectancy of units.

Interior & Foundation
Look for cracking or shifting in foundation walls and floor. Operate doors and windows and check for signs of structure movement. Inspect for evidence of leaks, mold or insect infiltration.
