Nicola's Wood Fire Pizza

Nicola's Wood Fire Pizza creates a unique culinary experience reminiscent of those made in Italy. Nicola started training to be a chef very early on. As a young boy Nicola would make pizza, fresh pasta, and homemade breads from scratch with his grandmother. She taught him traditional Italian cooking methods as were passed down to her before. His love of cooking continued to grow from there. He attended the Italian Culinary Academy in Parma Italy, where he received a Grand Diploma Degree. ​While in Italy Chef Nicola worked side by side with the finest Italian Chefs. There he learned different techniques focusing on farm-to-table principles. He has brought those traditions and what he has learned back with him and instilled those foundational principles in Nicola’s Wood Fired Pizza.

Chef Nicola hand selects every ingredient ensuring all the eggs, dairy, vegetables and meats are sourced from local farms throughout the area. He understands the importance of feeding families with only the purest ingredients to keep them healthy. No hormones, antibiotic free, non GMO, and preservative free products are his promise to all customers. His menu of offerings are designed to use seasonal ingredients bringing the true farm-to-table experience in every bite.
