Fleet Feet Sports Madison and Sun Prairie are happy to present No Boundaries. Your local headquarters for all things 5K. Yes that’s 3.1 miles, and yes, you can do it. With the right equipment, the right training, a little bit of sweat, and whole lot of heart you can cross the finish line and take a step in the right direction towards bettering your health and wellness.

For anyone who is just starting their journey, those who have a fitness routine that is just lacking a certain something, those coming back from an injury, or those who have just lost their routine in the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Our 12 week training program will set you up for success with an encouraging environment of coaches, mentors, and peers who have all been in your exact shoes. Whether you’re frustrated by past failures, we’ve been there. Looking to get out and about in a new city, we’ve been there. Or need to prove to yourself you can, we’ve been there!
