The landscape designers are creating a learning environment with edible landscape and apiary. The rooftop deck with have space allocated for planting.

The residential units are planned along with mercantile space. A coffee shop, future plans for restaurant for the lower level and opportunities for work/live space are all planned into Cascade Lofts floor plans.
