Normative Services Academy (NSI), a Sequel Youth & Family Services program, sits on 300 acres nestled at the base of Wyoming’s Big Horn Mountains just outside Sheridan, WY.
NSI’s mission is to facilitate positive and lasting behavioral changes with a student population of high-risk adolescents, helping them to learn to live safely and productively outside the structure of the residential care setting. Staff, students, and families work together to ensure a positive normative culture as our primary therapeutic tool.
The goal is to promote norms of physical and emotional safety, mutual respect, confrontation of inappropriate behavior, and commitment to group and individual goals.
