We offer everything from basic courses such as our Scuba (Open Water Diver) course, to Freediving courses, to advanced courses and programs such as Nitrox, Advanced Open Water Diver, Master Diver, Instructor Trainer Course and many more. In our Open Water Diver program we focus primarily on safety in the development of our students. Our goal is to produce divers who are confident, competent, reliable, and safe. As a Scuba Schools International (SSI) dive facility our instructors are trained under the highest training standards in the industry, and therefore set the level of training and excellence for other schools. With a long history in the public safety sector, North County Scuba Center is also a proud leader in the development and training of safety personnel and safety protocol for a diverse group of public, state, and government safety organizations.

Conveniently located within miles of some most spectacular dive sites in the country, our instructors are eagerly waiting to take you on local dive tours up and down the coast, whether it’s to wreck alley in Mission Bay to visit the Yukon and Ruby E, or to the nutrient-rich and animal-diverse waters of La Jolla Canyon, or to the local kelp beds for lobster hunting.
