Northwest Valley Oral and Facial Surgery

Dr. Hammond is board certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a Fellow of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and is a member of the Arizona Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is licensed to practice both medicine and dentistry in the state of Arizona, and is on the active staff roster at Del E. Webb Hospital. Dr. Hammond is credentialed in all areas of facial plastic surgery at Del E. Webb hospital, including facelifts, eyelids, forehead lift, rhinoplasty, as well as maxillary and mandibular reconstruction. Dr. Hammond keeps current with new procedures and technology by attending continuing education courses and attending national meetings pertaining to both modalities of his practice.
