Novel Tea

Welcome to Novel Tea. We are delighted to be serving the community with our fresh tea’s and coffee’s. All our teas are GMO free, natural with no artificial flavoring. We’ve sourced from the best tea companies in the US to please everyone; we do not add any flavoring to our products. Our coffee is offered in two ways, French Press and Pour Over. These methods are to maximize the coffees flavor and enhance the richness of the beans. Our coffee is roasted locally by Argyle Coffee roasters in Fat Village Art District. We receive the beans after they have been roasted, then we do what we call our “Custom Tailor Coffee” meaning per individual we ground the coffee beans and then do our process of either the French Press or Pour Over method. Both our Teas and Coffees are brewed in fresh water; we source out our water for the best tasting and quality you can find, even our ice is filtered. Some of our specialties include our iced teas, our home style Cuban Coffee, and most recently added our new Iced Café con Leche which will cool you down and also give you a good pop of energy.
Our sweets are done by Eila Mediterranean Product Bakery in Miami, all our Cupcakes, Mini Pound Cakes and Muffins are done fresh. With great teas and coffees why not have fresh delicious treats that will certainly make anyone’s day.
We don’t only do just teas and coffee, ohh no no, we do have a selection of craft beers and wine for those who would rather have a relaxing afternoon or evening in our shop and enjoy a fine beverage. Novel Tea is about social times, fun times and also a free library. We have a selection of books for those that would like to read at the shop or take home. Both Todd and I are very much into the arts, we are also photographers. With that being said we encourage all artist in South Florida, we have incorporated a gallery wall to showcase artist monthly and host gallery nights. In the future we’d like to incorporate Live Jazz Nights, Book Clubs and Poetry Nights.
