Nyack Boot Camp

At Nyack Boot Camp we utilize what the latest research has shown to produce optimal results with the lowest commitment of time. Using kettlebells, battling ropes, sandbags and other unconventional tools we create workouts that simultaneously combine strength- training and cardiovascular conditioning in every one-hour class. Best of all our workouts are fun and free from boring repetitions. All our classes are designed to be accessible and challenging to every level from beginner to expert athlete.
