The Oakland County Circuit Court is comprised of:
• 19 elected Judges
• Court Administrator's Office
• 3 divisions: Civil/Criminal, Family, and Business
• Friend of the Court

The Friend of the Court provides services to parties with minor children involving divorce, family support, interstate and paternity cases.

We are involved if your case is heard by the Circuit Court and if there are minor children involved. Our duties are custody, parenting time, and child support.

The Probate Court has four Probate Judges to serve you on cases involving four general subject matters:
• Decedent Estates & Wills,
• Trusts,
• Guardianships / Conservatorships,
• Mental Health
