Octane's program incorporates high intensity intervals, traditional athletic training, plyometrics, and hardstyle kettlebells training. Our goal is to train your muscles for "go", not for "show", which means that we focus on exercises with real world applications. Classes include mobility work, dynamic warmup, strength work and/or conditioning, and stretching. No matter what the workout of the day is, quality always takes priority over quantity!
