Oenosophia for us is the love for food and wine. We love to travel, dine and socialize, but nothing speaks more to our hearts than the great home cooking we find throughout our home country of Greece. In the last few years we have turned our passion for wine into a business, promoting the elegance and regional diversity of Greek wines in the US market. Naturally, after having spent many years in the restaurant and wine industries, we felt almost obligated to try and bring the flavors we love to the DC restaurant scene and allow our guests to truly Savor Greek gastronomy.

Oenosophia is the authentic expression of Greek cuisine, with no compromises and no shortcuts. We take pride in presenting dishes that are a part of our heritage, so to do this right, we only use ingredients that are seasonal, fresh and of the highest quality. Our dishes are served in small-plates and are meant to be shared!

All around, the dining experience at Oenosophia is threefold: superb flavors, friendly environment and engaging customer service that educates you on the the uniqueness of Greek cuisine and wine.
