Off Mane Street

Off Mane Street was established in Shepherdstown, WV eight years ago by Chrissy Cogan. It is one of the best salons in Jefferson County, with an amazing team of licensed professionals.
*Chrissy Cogan has had her license for 15 years and specializes in color, hi-lighting, color correction, hair styling and facial waxing. She also has advanced training in Redken coloring.
*Maria Lico has had her license for 19 years specializing in precision cutting, razor cuts and full body waxing. She recently graduated from massage therapy school.
*Caitlin Strider graduated from a Paul Mitchell School in December 2010 and even though she has only had her license for less than a year, she has already established a clientele. She has knowledge in coloring, hi-lighting, up-dos, facial waxing, cutting and hair styling. She also has experience with manicures and pedicures.
