Welcome to Olio and Aceto Food Truck! We are two girls inspired by simple ingredients prepared in unique and inspired ways to bring you a new kind of culinary experience – gourmet bites on wheels! I am Chef owner Suzie Keenan, a classically trained Chef from Chicago who worked in some of the Windy City’s most well-known kitchens. But I longed for sunny blue skies and headed south to start my dream business, Olio and Aceto. With me on the truck is Megan Olerich, my Sous Chef who trained at the Art Institute of Chicago, and has spent the last 5 years working in the front and the back of house of restaurants all over Chicago. We were inspired by the flavors of Blue Sky Oil and Vinegar of Chapel Hill and Durham, and use their products extensively to bring you fresh flavors and elegant creations.
