Omega Women's Leadership Center (OWLC)

Since Omega was founded in 1977, our holistic curriculum has included innovative opportunities for women’s inner development and empowerment in the world. Over the years, more than 600,000 women from all walks of life have participated in Omega’s programs. In 2002, we created the acclaimed Women & Power conference series where visionary speakers and change-agents from around the world explore how women can use their unique experiences and voices to redefine power and help lead humanity into health and balance.

In 2005, we embarked on an extensive research and development phase. The result of this research, combined with Omega’s long-standing commitment to educating and empowering women was the 2012 launch of the Omega Women's Leadership Center.

During the first phase of the multi-year development of the OWLC, we will continue to offer conferences, retreats, workshops, trainings, scholarship opportunities, and thought-leadership gatherings. As it develops and grows, the OWLC will create an interdisciplinary leadership curricula that will be offered on our campus, online, and at other locations, including organizations and businesses. We will train women to become the kind of leaders the world most needs now. We will create a hub for women—and men—from all ages and backgrounds, and at all stages of leadership, who want to help create a world that works for everybody.
