One Love Special Needs Ministry

The One Love classroom is intended for children with developmental, behavioral, medical, or physical disabilities that interfere with their participation in traditional services. The purpose of this ministry is to enable parents/guardians to attend services at Rose Hill while their child is well cared for in a Christ centered learning environment adapted to meet the unique needs of the child.

f you and/or your child are unable to enjoy the benefits of our church due to his or her needs, your child may spend the time in the One Love classroom. We are currently offering the classroom during the two services and Sunday school (9 am to 12 pm). The classroom will provide:

•sensory and special learning components
•each child with the opportunity to participate at their ability level
•modified lessons comparable to those taught in the traditional classroom.

If your child’s situation is such that he or she can be integrated, he/she may be paired with an aide or “buddy” and attend an age-appropriate Sunday school class during either the 9 am or at Sunday School.
