C'est La Vie. Yes, as challenging as it can be life brings on change and sometimes you just want someone who will listen and allow you to express yourself. Other times you may want another person's perspective. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who offers empathy and supportive listening. I have experience in working with children, adolescents and adults who experience, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, crisis related stress, relationship issues and addictions.

My approach to counseling is eclectic because one size does not fit all. Each person is unique and my individualized treatment approach will match your individual need.
