Skippers is dedicated to local, independently owned and operated locations with local menu variations and seasonal specials. Skippers fish is sustainable, wild harvested, hand cut, and no chemical added. We also have wild harvested, hand-cut grilled Alaska & local salmon, Skippers Original Pacific shrimp (de-veined unlike many big chains or "cheap seafood" places), and Skippers Award Winning Clam Chowder.
