Paragon's offers 12 taps features, 16 choice wines by the glass, and 50 hand crafted Martinis our mainstays plus a selection of seasonal and experimental cocktails developed on site exclusively for Paragon by our amazing team.

Executive Chef Phil Oreh heads the kitchen team, crafting classic Tavern/Bistro food taken to the next level. Phil matches our passion of the farm to table philosophy, creating dishes from scratch with the best possible local ingredients.
