The Parisi Training system has been around for over 20 years. Founder Bill Parisi believed so much in the training that took him from an average High School athlete, to a Division 1 athlete, and eventually Olympic hopeful, that he was not afraid to talk to whomever would listen. The Parisi Speed School of Lockport is located in the newly built Cornerstone Ice Arena. The owners Matt and Warren are former high school and college athletes that have firsthand experience, and are very passionate about the life changing difference training the Parisi way can make for both youth and adults.

Parisi Lockport will work with all ages, sports, athletic abilities, and genders. They are looking for people that want to improve all aspects of their lives through a proven system of functional, high intensity, and professional training.

Performance Training - The Parisi Speed School believes that building great athletes takes a holistic approach; educating and building physically, mentally, and emotionally strong athletes. Physically improving athletes speed, strength, acceleration, change of direction, endurance, and most importantly, confidence. A mental edge is gained through learning how to set and work towards goals, building confidence with every new accomplishment. Character, respect, teamwork, and proper nutrition are just a few of the topics covered during the opening and closing of each lesson.

Small Group classes bring together like minded people to motivate, inspire, and push each other to new physical and mental levels of fitness.
