We reserve the discretion to remove comments that contain obscene or profane language; threats or defamatory statements; are intimidating or harassing any user; contain hate speech; promote or endorse products or services; suggest or encourage illegal activity in any way; are multiple or repetitive off-topic posts by a single user (spam).
Our rules are in place to encourage civil discourse, promote positive discussion, and to prevent anything that might impede the purpose of our Facebook (Social Media) site. Our purpose is to convey important information about Pasco County and our services.
Facebook is not meant to convey emergency information. Please contact the appropriate Department via phone for such instances or to make a formal complaint. When you upload or otherwise submit content to our Facebook Page, you give Pasco County Government a license to communicate, publish, display and distribute such content.
This site is a public record. Pasco County is required by Florida law to retain all comments and questions and responses as public record.
