Passion Barre & Karingah! started as a Tribal Marks lifestyle activity. An art and fitness synergy if you may. Karingah is a modern World Fusion dance inspired fitness influenced by Africa and it’s diaspora within the Caribbean, Middle East and Latin America; with a touch of Pilates. It's our wild child, our energy and our attitude! It has now found it's home also as the name of its physical studio location–
a Boutique Fitness and Dance Spa.

The studio offers small group classes for maximum results and personalization along with our signature classes: Passion Barre, Pilates; and compatible personal services such as life coaching and spa treatments.
