We have decades of experience providing therapeutic services for anxiety, depression, bipolar, anger management, substance abuse, stress management, relapse proneness, relationship issues, and other common difficulties. Individual, group, couple and family sessions offered. We utilize cognitive behavioral therapy including dialectical behavioral therapy. My areas of expertise include clients with addiction issues and co-occurring disorders. We also have experience with treating trauma survivors.
