Tanzanian Peaberry coffee is formed from a single seed rather than the typical two developed at the heart of the bean. Tanzanian Peaberry is an African coffee characterized by its sharp, winy acidity, medium body and moderately rich flavor.


Brazilian Santos Cerrado Oberon coffee The highest grade coffee that Brazil produces has a smooth flavor, medium body and contains moderate acidity.


Indian Monsoon Malabar coffee This coffee gets its name from an aging process where the beans are exposed to the humid monsoon winds. Just after a few weeks of exposure the coffee flavors transform to become richer and smoother. Malabar is full bodied , very low acidity with a spicy woody flavor.
