Perfect Balance Personal Training

Master Agon has been involved in the martial arts and fitness arena for the past thirty years. Through his experiences, Master Agon has developed a unique outlook on fitness. He began his career when he was recruited by elite studios, due to his extensive training in Eastern styles (Kung Fu - Tai Chi - Chi Kung - Yoga) as well as Western styles (Personal Training - Pilates - Spinning). He was able to combine these two styles into a unique and successful program, which we offer here at Perfect Balance.

He has had the pleasure to train a wide array of professionals ranging from ESPN hosts, athletes reaching the top 20 in their sport, and actors and models, all whom he helped guide to their peak strength and physique!

Master Agon has been able to successfully operate 3 studios, all which offer fitness training, and of course our most elite program, Personal Training. He continues to learn from the best around the world and will continue to integrate this knowledge into our programs.
