Personal Excellence by Cristina will be a one on one consulting business with young women who want extra guidance and inspiration in balancing a healthy lifestyle for $49 a month! Face to face meetings will take place each month and all day access through text messages and social media. The information discussed in each meeting will be about progress, feelings, body transformations, self-image, and mental thoughts. The use of social media applications will be practiced. Daily positive postings will occur from each client throughout the day in which they can express themselves and gain confidence. A well balanced nutrition with portion control and proper exercises for specific goals will be taught.

Personal Excellence by Cristina will mentor women ages twelve through twenty-two years old. Clients range from a female who wants to get fit and lose weight to guidance to proper weightlifting forms and gaining muscle. Personal Excellence sets up different goals and plans for each client, depending on their wants and needs. The new diet and exercise goals clients set with Personal Excellence by Cristina will be based on their interests. The positive mindset nurtured by coaching transforms them into someone who truly wants to build a healthy lifestyle.

There is no goal too big or too small that one individual can accomplish. If a client comes to Personal Excellence by Cristina and wants to lose five pounds, it will be accomplished by small changes to diet and exercise. That goes the same for a client that wants to lose fifty pound or more. Personal Excellence sets goals and tracks progress to make sure each client is always on track.
