Owner Olivia was raised with an entrepreneurial mindset by a hard-working single mom who successfully managed several offices and businesses. Although growing up in the country chasing cows and bucking hay, she was always taught to be a lady, no matter how dirty you get your hands. She grew up with a sense of fashion and style, always seeking to fit in with the latest trends. With a taste for designer fashion and a budget for fast-trend hand-me-downs, Olivia satisfied her pleasures by frequenting the local thrift and consignment shops. She quickly learned that she could keep up with the latest trends and also make changes to her wardrobe by consigning items when she was ready to cash-in for the latest trend. It was this upbringing that led her dream to one day own her own consignment store.

She left the country life and joined the US Army after her first two years of college. Demonstrating a strong ability to spearhead new tasks and the skills of a natural leader, she had many aspirations to grow amidst her peers and to avidly succeed in professional growth. She tackled many challenges to achieve the position of a Senior Program Manager, managing a portfolio of over 59M USD. To further satisfy her tenacious ambitions, she pursued her passion to own her own small business—Opportunity Alley, LLC. Opportunity Alley brings people and networks together to maximize their potential and offers leadership consulting. Opportunity Alley helps others to recognize their potential and offers ideas on how to chase it!

When encountering, by chance, the opportunity to purchase Petticoat Lane it was more than a dream come true. While completely unexpected, a number of coincidences pointed to the chance opportunity that her dream consignment gig could start much sooner than expected. With a still hard-working and motivated mother, she sought partnership to managing Petticoat Lane as a mother-daughter team. The opportunity also opened the door for her mother Linda to relocate to Northern Virginia, a desire long awaited to be reunited with her daughter and grandson.

Together, the mother-daughter team pursued the opportunity with the desire to continue operations of the well-respected business model of Petticoat Lane. In honor of Petticoat Lane Founder Miss Carole's lifelong dream and hard work to establish Petticoat Lane, the two have the greatest intentions to maintain the rapport and experience of Petticoat Lane as their own family business.
