Prior to real estate, Phil spent much of his career in the hospitality industry. Restaurant management turned into a passion for brewing beer which later found Phil owning a brew pub all his own. Nothing made him happier than educating patrons about his beer while sharing stories his beautiful home in Tahoe, California.

Upon meeting Julie, however, the single life up in Tahoe lost a bit of its luster. Phil moved to Marin to be closer to her and eventually proposed. Next, he took on an endeavor which would eventually change Phil’s life & career – he started the process of finding the perfect home for himself, Julie and their dogs.
As Phil puts it, “buying our first home really opened my eyes to the world of real estate.” And, he’s never looked back.
