Phoenix Yoga

Proudly Seymour's first yoga studio; our space opened in January of 2014 with a desire to build a yoga community within our already thriving community! Phoenix Yoga & Wellness LLC is owned and operated by yoga instructor Phoenix Matarazzo, who was born and raised in the valley in close by Shelton. Phoenix's strong sense of community involvement, high quality classes, and the great energy of our space quickly guided it to it's expansion. The studio now encompasses two spaces in Seybridge Plaza, including two welcoming wellness rooms for our Massage, Reflexology, and Reiki sessions. With a full schedule and variety of class levels and styles, there is something for everyone at Phoenix Yoga & Wellness LLC. We look forward to having you "on the mat!"
