Welcome to the Pilgrim Baptist Church website. Having been called by God to proclaim his infallible word, we the pastor and members of Pilgrim Baptist Church are committed to sharing the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world.

We believe all men are sinners by nature and Jesus Christ is the only one who has the power to set them free. We believe when individuals accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior, they will have a positive impact in their homes, schools, neighborhoods, churches, government and the society at large.

Our goal at Pilgrim Baptist Church is to help every person to reach his or her highest potential in Christ. God has a purpose for every life. We believe that purpose can be discovered and fulfilled.

Further, we believe that love is the primary ingredient that will cause us to bring glory and honor to God in the earth. Jesus said, "by this shall all men know you are my disciples, that you have love one for another." We feel one of our main responsibilities is to attempt to lead our fellow brothers and sisters into a life of spiritual maturity. A mature Christian is a loving Christian. We believe along with our Savior that loving God and loving our fellow man are the two greatest commandments. We desire to see a thriving Christian community here in this present world. Pilgrim's mission is to be an ambassador for Christ both in word and deed.

This is our commitment. We will not stop until the whole world is filled with the knowledge of the glory of God.
