The owners story: I used to be 268 pounds at a size 18 and I have successfully been able to mold my body into a great physique that I achieved in a healthy way by natural diet and exercise. I am now rocking my size 5-6 weighing in at 135. I know as difficult as it was for me, If I can do it you can too!
The goal to this page is to welcome people from all walks of life, and to teach them how to incorporate a healthy diet and exercise into their lifestyle. There is no perfect size, and i don't preach skinny. I want everyone to be comfortable in their own skin while being as healthy as they can be.
