Pistols and Pearls Boutique is an online boutique, convenient for clients to order anytime any place. Orders may be selected for shipping or pick up depending on the clients preference.
Why pickup? Some clients may be close to me. This allows them to save the cost of shipping by scheduling a pick up date/time. Clients may always choose shipping method instead of pickup. Shipping costs consider tracking, insurance and packaging into the cost of sending your order.
Why Online? I have quite a bit of time and dedication into my Photography which is my passion. By operating online or by appointment, I am able to have time for both positions while not putting myself in a place to have my work suffer due to time constraints. I understand that alot of clients want to see pieces before purchasing. I do accept established clients by appointment on occassion. Pieces are not normally on display as they are kept in new condition until they are prepared for pickup or shipping, thus inventory is not freely out for clients to browse and appointments need to be made for pieces to be prepared.
Payment: I only accept debit/credit card payment via Square. Why only card payments? This is crucial to my inventory management and record purposes. My online store tracks, sorts, separates and organizes everything for me not to mention helps keep me in line with my record keeping. Having two operations going on at once, is hard to sort. This relieves me of alot of paperwork stress and avoids any errors in clients orders.
Returns/Refunds: We do not offer returns on boutique items. Unworn items with tags attached may be returned within 5 days for an in store credit minus restocking fee. Returns must be delivered in person for inspection and approval.
