PJ's Soups, Sandwiches & More

We decided to open PJ's Soups, Sandwiches and More in an effort to bring something "Unique" to Schuylkill Haven. It has been our hope to have an establishment that offers Only the highest Quality Food items at a Fair price. One of the Objectives was to provide Fresh Roasted Turkey subs both as a "Tribute" to "Cully's" and as a much requested item for the people of Schuylkill Haven. I had known Paul Cullather personally, and I also graduated Schuylkill Haven Area high school with his brother, Brian Cullather. The Great quality products that Paul provided to his customers was a great indication of the wonderful person he was. In addition to his business and all the fine food he provided, Paul was also very active in the community and especially youth sports programs, he was truly an outstanding individual. In addition to the fresh turkey subs, we also wanted to provide the highest quality meats and cheeses on our sandwiches and salads, that led to the decision to use Only Dietz & Watson Deli items. Along with our sandwiches and salads, we also decided to provide a variety of Fresh soups made from scratch with Family recipes and other recipes from Top Chefs. As a compliment to our foods, we have brought in Specialty Food Items from New England. These items are all unique to the Schuylkill Haven area. Two of the product lines are from Maine; Bar Harbor Jams & Jellies from Bar Harbor, Maine, and Stonewall Kitchen items from York, Maine. The third product line that we carry is from Vermont, it is called Cold Hollow Cider Mill, which is an Old Style Apple Cider Mill and Complex located about 26 miles south of Burlington, Vermont.
