As a Team Beachbody Coach and certified INSANITY instructor I run one of the most successful at-home fitness challenges not only in my local market of Sarasota, Forida but all around the United States as well as outside the US including Canada. As a fitness coach and mom I have experienced a roller coaster of fitness successes and setbacks, which has given me a better understanding of just how powerful our mind truly is.. Weighing 187lbs with my daughter’s pregnancy (2001) then 184lbs with my son’s pregnancy (2007) I know first-hand the struggles of trying to find the inner strength to “Dig Deeper” and reclaim that inner athlete. The great news…it’s in all of us! We all have the power to take charge of our body and our mind naturally.
